Job summary

Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Maryland team. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans under a BCBA, collecting data on progress, and coordinating with families and clinical staff to achieve meaningful outcomes. Part-time positions offer flexible AM/PM shifts and travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Experience in ABA or working with children.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Schedule

• Part-time availability (AM and/or PM shifts)
• Flexible scheduling based on availability

Requirements
