Job summary

Admire ABA in Maryland is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You will implement plans under a BCBA, collect data, and work closely with families and the clinical team in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Part-time shifts (AM/PM) with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement. Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have current RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Experience in ABA or working with children is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress.
