Job summary

Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism in a supportive setting.

You will provide 1:1 therapy, implement plans created by a BCBA, and carefully track client data while collaborating with families and the clinical team to support goals. A safe, engaging environment is prioritized.

Part-time shifts (AM/PM) with flexible scheduling are available to fit your needs within the Maryland area.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children.
• Ability to pass a background check and travel locally.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule

• Part-time availability (AM and/or PM shifts)
• Flexible scheduling based on availability

Requirements
