Job summary

A Brighter Alternative ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Dublin, GA, under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and communicate progress to families and the clinical team.

The role offers competitive pay of $25.00–$32.00 per hour, with after-school hours and flexible scheduling. In-person work and opportunities for growth are provided within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions.
• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes.
• Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers.
• Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training as required.

We are currently seeking a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Dublin, GA 31021.

Position Overview

As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.
