Job summary

A Brighter Alternative ABA in Rincon, GA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills, providing one-to-one sessions with children in their homes.

This role offers flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time) with pay ranging from $25.00 to $32.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions.

Position Overview

As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.
