Job summary

ABA Journey in Georgia seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home, in-school, or in-clinic ABA therapy. You will work 1:1 with clients under BCBA supervision, collecting progress data and implementing treatment plans designed to improve outcomes.

We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay of $24–$29 per hour, generous PTO, and opportunities for career advancement. A High School diploma is required, with RBT certification preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pay Range: $24 - $29/hour
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Valdosta, Georgia

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
