Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Columbus, GA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will work closely with children with autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with children and individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities. You will implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support clients in improving their social, communication, and daily living skills.

• Prior experience working with children is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
