Job summary

Samba ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality, in-home or in-school ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. This role emphasizes data-driven progress tracking and client-centered care.

Ideal candidates have an RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a willingness to travel locally. Prior ABA exposure is helpful, with a focus on reliability and collaboration with families and the broader team.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
