Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home and community-based ABA program. You will work under a BCBA supervisor delivering high-quality therapy to children with autism, fostering growth and independence.

You will collect data, maintain accurate progress notes, and collaborate with the care team to report progress in a timely manner. Competitive pay and benefits are offered for full-time and part-time roles.

Qualifications

• RBT credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Background check and verifiable references required.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as an RBT.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as an RBT to monitor client progress effectively.
