Job summary

Storybook ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy. You will collect data on behavior and skill acquisition while delivering compassionate, client-centered support. A reliable vehicle and strong communication skills are essential.

This part-time role offers flexible hours, competitive hourly rates, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team of BCBAs who mentor and guide you in the ABA field.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required and active.
• Experience with ABA or children with autism preferred.
• Reliable transportation with a own vehicle or access to reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical guidelines.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrate time management and flexibility to meet client needs.

Responsibilities for our RBTs/Registered Behavior Technicians:

• Provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
• Excellent time management skills
