Job summary

Storybook ABA is seeking dedicated RBTs to provide in-home and community ABA therapy, collecting data and supporting positive outcomes while balancing a flexible schedule and travel requirements across communities.

You will collaborate with BCBAs and a supportive team, receiving RBT training and growth opportunities in the ABA field. This role emphasizes client impact and professional development within a rewarding setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management during sessions and travel.
• Strong written and verbal communication with families and team.
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle.
• Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ensure timely transport to and from client sites with a reliable vehicle.
• Maintain good time management across multiple clients.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
