Job summary

Storybook ABA is hiring part-time RBTs to provide in-home and community ABA therapy across Maryland. This role offers flexible hours, travel between client sites, and comprehensive support to help you grow in the ABA field.

You will conduct data collection, work with families, and collaborate with BCBAs to achieve positive outcomes. RBT certification is required, and reliable transportation is essential.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Experience in ABA or with children with autism preferred.
• Reliable transportation and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy sessions.
• Collect behavior and skill data during sessions.
• Maintain professionalism and effective communication with families.

Responsibilities for our RBTs/Registered Behavior Technicians:

• Provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
• Excellent time management skills
• Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes
• Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism
