Job summary

Storybook ABA is seeking part-time RBTs to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy with a supportive team.

You’ll collect data, work toward measurable goals, and coordinate with supervisors while balancing a flexible schedule and travel between client sites. A valid RBT certification and reliable transportation are required to join our growing ABA practice.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• ABA experience or working with children with autism is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable with driving to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy sessions.
• Record behavior data and skill acquisition data during visits.
• Maintain professionalism and communicate effectively with families and team.
• Demonstrate time management and organizational skills during scheduling.
• Collaborate with BCBA/BCaBA and other professionals on treatment goals.

Responsibilities for our RBTs/Registered Behavior Technicians:

• Provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
• Excellent time management skills
• Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes
• Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism
