Job summary

Storybook ABA in Bel Air, MD seeks compassionate RBTs to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy. You will collect data, maintain professionalism, and collaborate with BCBAs to achieve positive outcomes.

Part-time hours with a flexible schedule, travel to client sites, and ongoing RBT training are offered. Excellent time management and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with ABA or children with autism is preferred.
• Eligible to travel to client homes and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy sessions.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Maintain professionalism and effective communication with families.

Responsibilities for our RBTs/Registered Behavior Technicians:

• Provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
• Excellent time management skills
• Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes
• Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism
