Job summary

Storybook ABA is seeking an in-home/field Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism through ABA best practices. This part-time role offers flexible hours, travel to client homes, and ongoing RBT training opportunities to advance your career.

You will collect data, work with a collaborative team of BCBAs, and maintain professionalism while delivering high-quality therapeutic services during sessions.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Experience with ABA or working with children with autism preferred.
• Reliable vehicle and own transportation.
• Excellent data collection and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Schedule allows for flexible, part-time hours and local travel.

Responsibilities for our RBTs/Registered Behavior Technicians:

• Provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions

• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
