Job summary

Storybook ABA in-home and community ABA therapy role seeks dedicated RBTs on a part-time basis. Enjoy flexible hours, loaned training, and the chance to advance in the ABA field while working with caring BCBAs. You’ll collect data, apply ABA techniques, and coordinate with a supportive team to help children succeed.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• Experience in ABA or with children with autism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill data during sessions.
• Maintain professionalism and be goal-oriented.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication.
• Use personal vehicle for transportation to visits.
• Display excellent time management.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to achieve outcomes.
• Experience in ABA or with autism is advantageous.

Responsibilities for our RBTs/Registered Behavior Technicians:

• Provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
• Excellent time management skills
• Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes
• Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism
