Storybook ABA is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy across Maryland. You will collect data, implement plans, and work with a supportive team to help children with autism. A reliable vehicle and RBT Certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT Certification.
• Experience with ABA or children with autism preferred.
• Reliable vehicle and own transportation to client locations.
• Excellent data collection and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Maintain professionalism and effective communication with families.
• Travel between client sites with a reliable vehicle.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to achieve positive outcomes.

Responsibilities for our RBTs/Registered Behavior Technicians:

• Provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
• Excellent time management skills
• Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes
• Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism
