Job summary

BlueSprig is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians (BT) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). We offer comprehensive paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for certification and advancement.

You will help children with autism through ABA therapy, both in-center and at home, with supportive supervision and ongoing development opportunities. Start date is immediate after onboarding; full-time roles include benefits and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality expected.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor.
• Passion for helping children and families.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards

Pay, Benefits & Perks

• Competitive pay:

• $19.00–$21.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience

• Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 15.00 for each billable client hour worked

• 14.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time

• Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck

• Fully paid training — no experience required

• Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling

• Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs
