Job summary

Kinfolk ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Elizabethtown, NC. The role involves providing in-home 1:1 ABA therapy under a BCBA’s supervision, collecting progress data, and collaborating with families to support client success.

Ideal candidates have completed the 40-hour ABA training, possess or be willing to obtain RBT certification, and maintain professionalism with a focus on ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the 40-hour ABA training course.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience is a plus.
• Ability to pass background check and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals based on client needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards at all times.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range:$25 - $27/hour

• Full-Time:25-35 hours/week

• Shifts:Morning

• Location:Elizabethtown, NC

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have completed the 40-hour training course in applied behavior analysis (ABA)

• Best to have, or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
