Job summary

Kinfolk ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home therapy team in Richmond, NC. This part-time role focuses on delivering 1:1 ABA services under supervision of a BCBA.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, collecting data, collaborating with families, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment. Fluency in Spanish is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Must have completed 40-hour ABA training.
• RBT certification preferred or obtainable.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals based on client needs and assessment findings.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals and objectives based on client needs and assessment findings.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards at all times.
• This Position requires Fluent Spanish Speaking Technicians only.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range:$27 - $30 per hour
• Part-Time:15-17 hours/week
• Shifts:Evening
• Location:Richmond, NC

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have completed 40-hour training course in applied behavior analysis (ABA)
• Best to have, or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
