Job summary

Kinfolk ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Elizabethtown, NC. We provide in-home 1:1 ABA therapy, collaborate with BCBA-directed plans, and support professional development in a family-centered environment.

The role includes completing the required ABA training, maintaining client progress records, and traveling locally. We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay, and opportunities for career advancement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the 40-hour ABA training course.
• Best to have, or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals based on client needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical guidelines.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals and objectives based on client needs and assessment findings.

• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards at all times.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range:$25 - $27/hour

• Full-Time:25-35 hours/week

• Shifts:Morning

• Location:Elizabethtown, NC
