Job summary

GreenLight ABA in Larkspur, CO is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents with ASD and developmental needs. You will work one-on-one with clients in their homes and community settings, under BCBA supervision.

The role offers 15–40 hours per week, with both full-time and part-time options, pay ranging from $25 to $31 per hour based on experience, and benefits including medical insurance, PTO, and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.

GreenLight ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental needs throughout the Larkspur, CO area.
Full-Time & Part-Time | 15–40 hours per week | 4-or 8-hour shifts

Pay: $25–$31 per hour, based on experience

Bilingual Spanish-speaking RBTs are strongly preferred.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Ability to travel to client homes within the assigned service area
