Job summary

Lumino ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in DeLand, FL to support children in school and home settings. You will work 1:1 with clients, implement behavior plans, and collect progress data under BCBA supervision.

We offer mentorship, flexible schedules, and hourly pay up to $27 based on experience and performance. Training, guidance, and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check and Level II fingerprinting.
• Active RBT certification from BACB (or ready to enroll with our help)
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disorders.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and follow BCBA-defined protocols.
• Accurately collect data on client progress and behaviors during sessions.
• Provide direct support and care to clients to improve behavioral skills and quality of life.
• Educate and support families on behavior management techniques.
• Collaborate with BCBA and stakeholders to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, BCBA, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Adhere to Lumino ABA policies and procedures.

Duties

• Accurately collect data on client progress and behaviors during sessions

• Provide direct support and care to clients, focusing on improving their behavioral skills and overall quality of life.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and BCBA to adjust treatment plans as needed

• Communicate professionally with clients, BCBA and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques

• Availability for full-time (25–35+ hours/week)
