Job summary

Lumino ABA in Lakeland, FL is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA therapy in school and home settings. The role offers flexible schedules, mentorship, and competitive pay up to $26 per hour based on experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check and Level II fingerprinting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB is required.
• Active Medicaid Provider ID is required.
• Reliable transportation is essential.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Strong professionalism and punctuality are expected.
• Excellent communication with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team.

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disorders.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and follow protocols designed by the BCBA.
• Accurately collect data on client progress and behaviors during sessions.
• Provide direct support and care to clients to improve behavioral skills and quality of life.
• Educate families on behavior management techniques for positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and the BCBA to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, BCBA, and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records, adhering to Lumino ABA policies.

Duties:

Nice-to-Haves:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Availability for full-time (25-35+ hours/week)

Job Types:
