Job summary

Lumino ABA is seeking reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support ABA therapy in schools and homes in Lakeland, FL. The role offers mentorship, flexible scheduling, and pay up to $26 per hour based on experience and performance.

You will work 1:1 with children, implement plans, collect progress data, and educate families while collaborating with BCBA and team. Full- and part-time options available.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check and Level II fingerprinting.
• High School Diploma
• Active RBT certification from the BACB
• Active Medicaid Provider ID
• Reliable transportation
• Experience working with children
• High degree of professionalism and commitment to punctuality
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all interactions

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disorders
• Implement behavior intervention plans, and follow specific protocol designed by the BCBA
• Accurately collect data on client progress and behaviors during sessions
• Provide direct support and care to clients, focusing on improving their behavioral skills and overall quality of life
• Educate and support families on behavior management techniques to promote positive outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders and BCBA to adjust treatment plans as needed
• Communicate professionally with clients, BCBA and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation and records
• Adhere to Lumino ABA policies and procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
