Job summary

Lumino ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children in school and home settings in Saint Cloud, FL. The role offers mentorship, flexible schedules, and competitive hourly pay up to $26 based on experience and performance.

Responsibilities include implementing ABA plans, data collection, family education, and collaboration with BCBA for ongoing treatment adjustments. In-person work with reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check and Level II fingerprinting.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB.
• Active Medicaid Provider ID.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children.
• High degree of professionalism and punctuality.
• Strong communication with clients, families and team.
• Confidentiality in all interactions.

• Collaborate with BCBA to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, BCBA and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Adhere to Lumino ABA policies and procedures.

Duties
