Job summary

Abtaba is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings in Fort Wayne, IN. The role involves implementing treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA and collecting data and session notes.

You will collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings and trainings, with travel up to 25% as needed. The position is in-home and in-person, supporting children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.

Qualifications

• Must have vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Experience communicating effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certification (required).
