Job summary

Abtaba is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home or clinic settings.

You will implement individualized treatment plans written by supervising BCBA, collect data, submit session notes, and collaborate with peers. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel up to 25% are required. Mon-Fri schedule; some weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
• Effective verbal and written communication in English
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Valid state identification card
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check
• RBT Certification (required)
