Job summary

Abtaba in Douglasville, Georgia is looking for an RBT to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will implement treatment plans, gather data, and collaborate regularly with peers and supervisors.

The ideal candidate will have RBT certification, a valid driver’s license, and experience working with children with autism. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Valid state identification card required.

Job description

RBT provides direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder at Above and Beyond Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
• Data collection and session note submission
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
• Other duties as assigned
• You must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Valid state identification card
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check
• RBT Certification (Required)
