Job summary

Abtaba is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy at client homes. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and submit session notes while collaborating with supervisors and staff.

Responsibilities include attending staff meetings and trainings, maintaining reliability for appointments, and having reliable transportation. A valid driver’s license and RBT certification are required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to communicate effectively with families, co-workers and supervisors.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to pass criminal background check.

• Collect data and submit session notes
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings
• Maintain promptness and reliability for appointments, including having a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
• Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to communicate effectively with co‑workers, supervisors, and families
• Valid state identification card
• Reliable transportation
• Pass a criminal background check
• RBT Certification (Required)
