Job summary

Abtaba is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes. You will implement treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA, collect data, and submit session notes while collaborating with a team of professionals.

The role requires RBT certification, experience with autism, strong English communication skills, and reliable transportation. A valid driver’s license and a clean criminal background check are essential; eligibility to travel up to

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism
• Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to communicate effectively with co‑workers, supervisors, and families
• Valid state identification card
• Reliable transportation
• Pass a criminal background check
• RBT Certification (Required)
