Job summary

Abtaba is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in children’s homes or clinic settings.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, submit session notes, and collaborate with supervising BCBA and families.

A Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekends or travel is typical, along with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
• Effective verbal and written communication in English
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Must pass a criminal background check
• RBT Certification (required)
