What You'll Do

As an RBT, you'll work directly with clients under the supervision of a BCBA to help them achieve meaningful progress.

Your responsibilities include:

• Deliver one-one ABA therapy in home and community settings

• Collect accurate session data and document client progress
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers

What We're Looking For

We're looking for professionals who are passionate about helping others and committed to providing exceptional care.

Required

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
• (Applicants must already be certified.)

Preferred

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
• ABA or behavioral health experienceExperience using CentralReach (preferred but not required)

Physical Requirements
