Job summary

Advanta Autism Care LLC in Colorado Springs is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver ABA therapy in home and community settings, building independence and everyday skills for individuals with ASD.

You’ll receive $23–$28/hour based on experience, a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days, paid training, PTO, drive time and miles reimbursement, plus RBT/BCBA supervision support and clear career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• ABA or behavioral health experience preferred.
• Experience with CentralReach preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings
• Teach communication, social, daily living, safety, and independence skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers
• Prepare therapy materials and implement behavior intervention strategies
• Maintain ethical, professional, and confidential practices
• Participate in supervision, ongoing training, and team meetings

Required

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (Applicants must already be certified.)

Preferred

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
• ABA or behavioral health experience
