Job summary

Advanta Autism Care is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work directly with clients under BCBA supervision, delivering one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings along Colorado's Front Range.

You will help clients develop communication, social and daily living skills, collect session data, and collaborate with families and caregivers. We offer a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days, paid training, PTO and clear career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

What You'll Do

As an RBT, you'll work directly with clients under the supervision of a BCBA to help them achieve meaningful progress.

Your responsibilities include:

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings
• Teach communication, social, daily living, safety, and independence skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers
• Prepare therapy materials and implement behavior intervention strategies
• Maintain ethical, professional, and confidential practices
• Participate in supervision, ongoing training, and team meetings

What We're Looking For

We're looking for professionals who are passionate about helping others and committed to providing exceptional care.

Required

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
• (Applicants must already be certified.)

Preferred

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
• ABA or behavioral health experience
• Experience using CentralReach (preferred but not required)

Physical Requirements

• Sitting, kneeling, bending, squatting, and moving throughout sessions
