Job summary

Advanta Autism Care is seeking dedicated RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings along Colorado's Front Range. You will work under a BCBA supervision to support clients in communication, social, daily living and independence skills.

The role offers $23–$28/hour, a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days, paid training, and ongoing professional development within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• ABA or behavioral health experience is a plus.
• Experience using CentralReach is a bonus.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As an RBT, you'll work directly with clients under the supervision of a BCBA to help them achieve meaningful progress.

Your responsibilities include:

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings
• Teach communication, social, daily living, safety, and independence skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers

What We're Looking For

Required

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification

(Applicants must already be certified.)

Preferred

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
• ABA or behavioral health experience
• Experience using CentralReach (preferred but not required)

Physical Requirements

This position involves active engagement with clients and may require:

• Working in home and community environments with varying activity level
