Advanta Autism Care LLC in Colorado is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings under BCBA supervision, helping clients build communication, independence and life skills.

This role offers $23–$28/hour with a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days, paid training, PTO, mileage reimbursement, certification reimbursement, and strong career growth within a supportive, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Must hold active RBT certification.
• Experience with ABA therapy is preferred.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, safety, and independence skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers.

What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you'll work directly with clients under the supervision of a BCBA to help them achieve meaningful progress.

• Deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy in home and community settings
• Teach communication, social, daily living, safety, and independence skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers
• Prepare therapy materials and implement behavior intervention strategies
• Maintain ethical, professional, and confidential practices

What We’re Looking For

We're looking for professionals who are passionate about helping others and committed to providing exceptional care.

Required

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
• (Applicants must already be certified.)

Preferred

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
• ABA or behavioral health experience
• Experience using CentralReach (preferred but not required)

Physical Requirements

This position involves active engagement with clients and may require:

• Working in home and community environments with varying activity level
