Job summary

Advanta Autism Care is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy across Colorado's Front Range. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support meaningful skill development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• ABA or behavioral health experience is preferred.
• Experience using CentralReach is a plus.

What You'll Do

• Deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy in home and community settings
• Teach communication, social, daily living, safety, and independence skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers
• Prepare therapy materials and implement behavior intervention strategies
• Maintain ethical, professional, and confidential practices
• Participate in supervision, ongoing training, and team meetings

What We're Looking For

Required

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
• (Applicants must already be certified.)

Preferred

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
• ABA or behavioral health experience
• Experience using CentralReach (preferred but not required)

Physical Requirements

This position involves active engagement with clients and may require:
