Job summary

Galliant in Carrollton, TX is seeking certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our BCBA-D owned clinic. Starting pay is $19.00–$24.00 per hour with opportunities for raises every 6 months. Work a stable daytime schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday, at one clinic facility.

You will provide one-on-one intervention, collect session data, and collaborate with BCBAs in a supportive environment focused on neurodiversity-affirming care.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Ability to work with children with Autism in a clinic setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Run individual procedures to reduce challenging behaviors and improve daily living skills.
• Support data collection using a tablet and maintain clear progress notes.
• Provide compassionate, assent-based care and neurodiversity-affirming guidance.

What to Expect:

As an RBT working one-on-one with children with Autism in a clinic setting, you will:

• Run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication.


• Support the acceptance of neurodiversity, provide compassionate, assent-based care, and truly prioritize the wants and needs of your clients.


• Use a tablet to collect session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.

Who You Are:

• Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB.


• The Mindset: You are passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and thrive in a collaborative, team-focused clinical setting.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from the clinic daily.


• Physical Stamina: Ready to stay active! You must be able to sit, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly when necessary to engage at a child's level and maintain strict safety protocols.
