Qualifications

• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred or in progress).
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred, 2026 compliant 40‑hour training certificate acceptable.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Clear level‑two background check and verifiable references.

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
