Achievements ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Greensboro, NC. You will work under a BCBA supervisor to deliver high-quality ABA therapy, both in home and in the community, focusing on children with autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred or in progress.
• RBT credential preferred; 40-hour training acceptable for 2026 compliance.

• Clear background check and verifiable references.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.

• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.

• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to monitor client progress effectively.
