Achievements ABA Therapy in Raleigh, NC is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. Relocation to Raleigh, NC is required and part-time shifts are available.

You will work with a BCBA supervisor to provide in-home and community-based interventions, collect data using Rethink software, and communicate progress to the team. This role offers professional development opportunities and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred or in progress).
• RBT credential preferred, 2026 compliant 40 hour training certificate acceptable.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
