Achievements ABA Therapy seeks a devoted Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor. This role involves in-home and community-based interventions, data collection with our Rethink software, and maintaining meticulous progress notes.

The ideal candidate holds an RBT credential, with a high school diploma as a minimum, and has experience with children or ABA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred or in progress.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records to monitor client progress.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to monitor client progress effectively.
