Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism, in-home or community settings, under supervision.

You will collect data using Rethink software, maintain progress notes, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors; the role offers competitive pay and benefits for full- or part-time hours, with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred or in progress.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required.
• CPI certification required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
