Achievements ABA Therapy GA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in-home and in the community, supported by a BCBA supervisor.

You’ll collect data, maintain progress notes, and collaborate with coordinators to report outcomes. We offer training, reimbursement programs, and opportunities for professional growth for committed individuals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred or in progress.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Clear background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition with Rethink.
• Communicate with analysts and coordinators for accurate reporting.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain records.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Collect data on behaviour and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to monitor client progress effectively.

• Competitive Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (pay rates commensurate with ABA experience)
