Job summary

ABA Squad is seeking a behavior technician to implement ABA programs in in-home, in-clinic, and school-based settings. The role is part-time with potential to grow into full-time, following a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will work under a supervising BCBA, collect data, train parents, and help document procedures. A valid RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) is required, plus a driver’s license and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (ABA Squad covers costs).
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement all clinical programs as assigned by the supervising behavior analyst.
• Create program materials as needed.
• Collect and graph data for reduction and acquisition behaviors.
• Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary.
• Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines.
• Attend therapist trainings and team meetings.

Salary: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on certification & experience)

• Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a changing environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
