Job summary

ABA Squad is seeking qualified RBTs to provide in-home, in-clinic, and school-based ABA services in the St. Louis area. Part-time position with potential to grow into full-time, offering a signing bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include implementing programs, data collection, parent training, and documentation in line with insurance guidelines. Requires RBT certification or willingness to obtain it and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification in good standing or willingness to obtain certification (ABA Squad will cover costs).
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance.
• Ability to operate computers, electronic devices, and office/clinical equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a changing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Implement all clinical programs as assigned by the supervising behavior analyst.
• Create program materials as needed.
• Collect and graph data for reduction and acquisition behaviors.
• Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary.
• Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines.
• Attend therapist trainings and team meetings.

Salary: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on certification & experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday
