Job summary

ABA Squad is seeking a Part-Time RBT to support children with autism across in-home, in-clinic, and school-based settings in St. Louis, Missouri.

You will implement programs under a supervising BCBA, collect data, train parents, and participate in ongoing trainings. The role offers flexibility with potential growth to full-time and benefits including insurance, PTO, and sign-on bonuses.

Qualifications

• RBT certification current or willingness to obtain (ABA Squad covers costs).
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Implement clinical programs as assigned by the supervising behavior analyst.
• Create program materials as needed.
• Collect and graph data for all reduction and acquisition behaviors.
• Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary.
• Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines.
• Attend therapist trainings and team meetings.

Salary: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on certification & experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday

• Ability to operate computers, electronic devices, and office/clinical equipment


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable


• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a changing environment


• High school diploma or equivalent required
