Job summary

ABA Squad is seeking a part-time RBT to support children with autism across in-home, in-clinic, and school-based settings. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and a pay range of $20.00–$30.00 per hour, with potential to grow into a full-time position.

Located in the St. Louis area, you will implement clinical programs, train parents, collect data, and maintain documentation under supervision, with training and ongoing supervision provided.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification in good standing OR willingness to obtain certification (ABA Squad will cover certification costs).
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance.
• Ability to operate computers, electronic devices, and office/clinical equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a changing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Implement all clinical programs as assigned by the supervising behavior analyst
• Create program materials as needed
• Collect and graph data for all reduction and acquisition behaviors
• Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary
• Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines
• Attend therapist trainings and team meetings
