Job summary

ABA Squad is seeking an RBT for part-time roles across in-home, clinic, and school settings in the St. Louis area. You will implement ABA programs under supervision, collect data, and train families while collaborating with a BCBA-owned team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement clinical programs as assigned by the supervising BCBA.
• Create program materials as needed.
• Collect and graph data for behaviors.
• Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary.
• Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines.
• Attend therapist trainings and team meetings.

Salary: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on certification & experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a changing environment
